Reason for returning the products:
The money will be refunded to the same account that was used for the initial order. We will refund the money if we receive the products unused and undamaged.
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to return your products. The costs for the return shipment are for the customer, and at your own risk. If the products are damaged and/or lost during the shipment, we can't refund your money. Make sure to carefully wrap the products (in a box, not in an envelope) and send them preferably with the Track & Trace option of PostNL.
From the moment we receive your return shipment, it will take about 10 days until we fully process your request and refund your money to your account.
Any possible shipment costs will be deducted from the refund amount
Attention! Due to hygiene reasons, earrings, piercings and tea cannot be returned!
